Committees

The Board of Directors of CGSA is responsible for appointing members to the Association’s standing committees. These committees include:

• Accreditation
• Communications, Marketing and Public Relations
• Conference and Events
• Environment
• Equipment Technicians Advisory
• Member Services
• Professional Development and Research 

This committee structure will provide the Board with the support that it requires to more effectively address the needs of the members.

If you are interested in serving on a committee, please advise the CGSA office in writing (click here to get the Volunteer registration form) by January 10th, 2012, noting the committee on which you would prefer to participate. The Board of Directors will establish the committee rosters at its post conference meeting in March. Volunteers will be notified in writing by March 30, 2012 of committee appointments. Please note a second choice! Although our Committees are generally at capacity your interest in assisting the CGSA will assure that you receive an appointment. Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate your chosen committee preference.
