The Canadian Golf Superintendents Association (CGSA) proudly recognizes long-time member Paul Scenna, Master Superintendent and Manager of Golf Course Operations at The Toronto Golf Club, as he and his team prepare to host the 112th Canadian Women's Amateur Championship, presented by BDO and conducted by Golf Canada, from July 20–24, 2026.

Founded in 1876, The Toronto Golf Club is celebrating its 150th anniversary in 2026, making this prestigious championship an especially significant occasion.

A CGSA member since 1994, Paul has served as a golf course superintendent for 36 years and has held the Master Superintendent (MS) designation since 2001. He served as President of the Ontario Golf Course Superintendents' Association in 2006 and was honoured with the William Sansom Distinguished Service Award in 2026 in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the profession.

Throughout his career, Paul has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to maintaining exceptional playing conditions while supporting the continued growth and success of the game of golf.

The CGSA extends its best wishes to Paul and his entire team for a successful championship week.
