The CGSA/ENVU Superintendent of the Year Award is one of CGSA’s most prestigious honours. It is presented to a superintendent who has been nominated by either a Provincial Golf Superintendents Association or a CGSA member, and who is recognized as a knowledgeable and highly competent professional distinguished in the practice of golf course management. The recipient is selected by an anonymous committee of peers.

The successful nominee will be invited to attend the 2026 Fall Field Day at Riverside Country Club in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, taking place September 21–22, 2026. The recipient will also be formally recognized at The Canadian Golf Course Management Conference (CGCMC) during the Awards Luncheon on February 23, 2027, in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
