The Location - Quebec City
Quebec City is a location of diversity combining the old with the new.  Old Quebec is designated a UNESCO World Heritage Treasure, its highly walkable and safe.  You'll have the opportunity to stroll the only fortified city north of Mexico and its cobblestone streets.  Quebec City is also known for its exquisite food with quaint restaurants lining the main streets in Old Quebec.  And then you'll have the modern hotel and convention centre that will host the event in comfort and style.  For more information on the city and region click here.

The Facilities
The conference will take place at the Hilton Quebec Hotel.  The Trade Show will take place in the Quebec City Convention Centre.  The convention centre is located across a promenade from the Hilton.  It can be accessed by walking outside or underground. 

Specially negotiated rates are available for The Canadian delegates at the Hilton Quebec Hotel.  Rates are $139 for downtown City and Parliament View or $149 for Old Quebec River Views.  Upgrades to the Executive Floors are available for $189 or $209 depending on your choice of view.
