Blaine Fagnou who is the Superintendent at Elk Ridge Resort has been a long time CGSA member since 1995.  He is in his 30th season at Elk Ridge, with 34 years experience and he was an inductee into the Saskatchewan Golf Hall of Fame in 2021.

Blaine is hosting the Elk Ridge Open presented by Brandt at Elk Ridge Resort from August 15-18, 2024. The PGA TOUR AMERICAS Elk Ridge Open is part of the season-long points race for the Fortinet Cup.
