Blair Duggan who has been a long time CGSA member since 1983 and has been 42 years at Mill River Golf Club, 37 as superintendent is hosting the Canadian Women's Senior Championship, presented by BDO and conducted by Golf Canada. This runs from August 30- September 1 at Mill River Golf Club.
