The 2024 Fall Field Day will take place alongside the BCGSA Exchange Event in Vancouver, BC.

The CGSA Fall Field Day and the BCGSA Exchange Event will take place from September 22 - 24, 2024 at Shaughnessy Golf and Country Club and University Golf Club.
Registration will include:
- CGSA Toro Welcome Reception
- 18 holes of golf with a cart at Shaughnessy Golf and Country Club
- Syngenta Awards Dinner
- Educational Seminar, sponsored by Envu
- 18 holes of golf with a cart at University Golf Club
- Meals before each round of golf
- Closing Dinner
Registration is available to golf course members and sponsors until August 15th.
There are limited spots available so please register early if you wish to participate!
Hotel Accommodations:
We have a block of rooms available at The Vancouver Airport Marriott, located at 7571 Westminster Hwy in Richmond.
Group rates are available for $299 per night for single/double occupancy. Rates are available until August 22, 2024 or until the block is sold out.

The hotel features a fitness centre, pool, restaurant and lounge on site. As part of our block overnight guests are extended complimentary parking and wireless internet in guestrooms. There has been a block of rooms set aside for the CGSA Fall Field Day West at The Coast Canmore Hotel and Conference Centre. The hotel is located at 511 Bow Valley Drive in Canmore and is offering a special group rate for attendees of $159 per room per night (sgl or dbl occupancy). You must book your room before August 20th to receive this special rate.
