David Oliver who has been a CGSA member since 2022 and is the Superintendent here at The Hills at Portal Golf Club is hosting the NextGen Fall Series West Championship, fueled by JOURNIE Rewards, and conducted by Golf Canada at The Hills at Portal Golf Club in Surrey, British Columbia from October 5 - 7.
